Using FNV 4gb with steam and NVSE

OK so i got my game installed all fine, i install my mods, all fine

i install nvse. also fine. i install fnv 4gb patch and run the game

NOT FINE. -_- i get a application load error 3:0000065432

wtf does that even mean? i'm using the steam version and installing my mods via Mod Organizer (latest one) cause NMM is crap imo

i have steam open and logged in (obviously) but nothing i do works

help please

my system specs:

AMd 6 core

amd r9 290 4gb

32 gb ram

256gb ssd

3tb HDD x3

1tb HDD x1

Did you watch the video linked on the FNV4GB updated page?

 

Also if you have the ENPLCZRU version you need to specify that the SteamAppId is 22490 via a launch option. This is explained in detail on the mod page.
