Memory Patch Not Working-SKSE

Ok I figured it out. I looked in \Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SKSE\skse.log and found this:

config path = C:\Program Files\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\skse.ini

So i made a folder SKSE and put the skse.ini file in there, and it worked.

This means that skse is looking for the ini file in the wrong location (\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\skse.ini) even if you install it into mod organizer and have it set in the "right" place (mod organizer/mods/skse/skse.ini), it won't use it since it is looking for the file in the Data folder, not mod organizer.

Now if I could just have skse look in the right location for the ini file...

Hi. So I was having this problem. My memory patch wasn't working. I tried all of the things in this thread. No luck. So I installed crash fixes (mod is here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/?) and it confirmed my patch wasn't working and suggested adding -forcesteamloader to the skse executable in MO. AAaaaannnnd WIN! Now it works.

No I don't understand this stuff. But there is another possible solution for someone.

Lil late for an answer but i have installed all my system mods (SKSE,ENB) manually, without TESMM.

The Path on mine is. C:/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Skyrim/Data/SKSE

(yes, not in Programm Folder, to avoid some older problems with that destination)

In the last folder you install the pluginsFolder for memPatch.

Look out for performance increasing mods (i call them Stabilizer) like: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6387/?
