LE Dual Monitor - free mouse

I have two monitors...like a lot of us. I would like run the game in window mode and have the mouse be free and not locked into the game window. I know there is a window mode option currently available. However, I don't understand why there is not an option to "unlock" the mouse. Being able to navigate from the game to my other monitor effortlessly would be fantastic.

 

If you need better clarification of my request, I be happy to try to explain it better.

windowed mode makes alt-tab much quicker and crash-free, so why not just alt-tab out to get the cursor?

It's smoother just to be able to take my mouse from one screen to the other. I don't have an issue with it "accidentally" leaving the game screen in other games. This is more of a nuisance fix to be honest. Games like this makes me need to look things up on the fly. Alt-tabbing is extremely annoying. I have two monitors for a reason. ;P I would think a mod to add/fix this, should have already been implemented in this game. However, this is my first single player game in two decades.

I don't have two monitors, but I hate alt-tabbing. Feels clunky and annoying compared to just being able to move the mouse. So I would also love to see a mouse freedom mod.
