NOTE: 20thcentury has a bsa archive, if you inspect it's contents you will find its' master is double loading as it is in that archive.

AKA duplication once again. if you disable only it still loads no matter what, that tells you it's coming from the bsa and force loading.

[X] BetterGamePerformance.esp <<<< please delete that, it already is loaded with stuff other mods need and will cause undue harm to game play.

 

One less plugin to worry about. I honestly thought it was helping.

 

 


[X] F3ProjectRealityMkI.esp <---that;s your abrupt weather change there, uninstall it.

 

Don't need it anyway. I use Fellout.

 


[X] 20th Century v5 ALIVE (TEST Container).esp <---inspect this plugin for 14mm data and any weapon mod listing that weapon, delete all references to that weapon along with any assets, it's a ported weapon anyway. 20th was removed for stolen or other assets / permissions and possibly other things I can't recall right now.

What software are you using to edit .esp files? I tried using different tools in FOMM but can't figure it out.

list link here for that mod, it may be overriding other data and also causing conflicts. I need to know to be sure. +

look at it ,its' out of order as well...Main is topside always.

ENB version 0.237
1) Extract files to the main folder
2) Activate AdjustedWeather_Main.esp and/or AdjustedWeather_PointLookout.esp with Mod Manager
3) Get yourself the ENB wrapper version d3d9.dll from enb site. http://www.enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm
4) Extract d3d9.dll to main folder
4) Enjoy

 

Step 2. I'll just be getting rid of those. Now Fellout is the only weather mod. Which I have re-activated now that the others have been removed. I also deleted the Project Reality and FWE comp patch as that is now useless.

ehem..Fomm has all these tool in it, you just need to invest a bit of time and learn what they do but you do need to think about what it is your using them for?

20th was available from day one in a complication pack and still sits here on the nexus. the original version.

as for esp and esm inspection, I use every version of xedit ever made, both for correctness and to discover things hidden.

 

IF you are aware a version will do something a newer version no longer does, it means the tool is set to ignore some things for a reason, but those reason do not mean squat if you know what to look for to begin with, things that should not be there that are hidden now are not hidden on earlier versions and you can repair bad plugins with that knowledge quickly...if they, the authors Hides stuff? well you very well are not going to ba able to gain the knowledge required in the first place to make any repairs of find out what's up ?

that's a whole lot of conflict sitting there in one plugin. This was from a day when no one was up to speed on Game mechanics so mistakes were made.

No no no lol...I went with whatever I could find. 20th century weapons is still a bit confusing to me because I don't fully understand why its sometimes called 19th and 20th CW and other times just 20th CW. I've heard it was removed because of theft technicalities yet available even though I was unable to find it. The version I have here is just whatever I came across I don't know much else. The only thing I know for CERTAIN, is that I want it.

If there is a better version I should be using, please by all means, point it out.

I tried that and still couldn't figure it out. I'm literally just guessing here, but, I opened up FO3Edit, deselected all the plugins, selected only 20th Century v5 ALIVE (TEST Container).esp, and loaded it up. Now, I've expanded everything in there and I'm not seeing anything related to any 14mm data. But, I honestly don't even know if I'm looking in the right place.

that's possibly a patch

 

I made only once a master weapon mod, it included every weapon ever made, every mod ever made for weapons.

 

Took me a whole month to sort it all out too.

 

but, when all said and done? you can only shot 1 gun at a time.

 

I wasted a month doing that.

Entered '14mm' into 'Editor ID' in FO3Edit and searched through all the weapon-related plugins. Only thing that came up was this:

Apocalypse Armory, but nothing has "14mm" written on it anywhere.
