Purr4me Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 ok, it's important to have all data required to make a mod, you can't make mods without source data there. IF you remove all data from a path, no mesh or textures, can a mod be made? The answer is no. most mods are better made when the parts they use are in loose format, then an author will changes those loose files to match their themes, these get uploaded as a new mod. To fix data correctly in say xedit / Fo3edit? you need to have the data there to see what's wrong. If you remove the support data from the path, xedit /Fo3edit will be loaded with thousands of errors. And you might think the mod is broke where it's not. assets are required to be in specific order too. IF they are not there, you break things fast.
