Bodyslide question

Hi guys,

I just had a question about bodyslide mod. when i first installed and it popped up the install menu thing for what type of body id like to use, it gave every other npc that body as well. Im not sure how to get back to that menu thing, i can get to the Actual Bodyslide application though,

the question is how can i change the NPCs bodies and keep the one I currently have? (as mine is already pretty smokin)

All adult characters of the same sex use the same body meshes. If you want your character to use different ones, you have to either use a custom race or a mod that separates player character meshes from the default (and then another mod for the outfits), or generate meshes for all characters and then edit them for your character alone in RaceMenu with the morphs plugin.

Alright, thank you kindly. I Am thinking of the "everbodies different" mod for that purpose.

Possibly, although that mod doesn't alter outfit meshes, thus is rather pointless for the purpose of changing NPC meshes; they'd still be using whatever outfit meshes are installed, no matter what their assigned body shape is.

The RaceMenu morphs option is probably your best bet. Done correctly, NPCs will use one body shape for their nude and clothed bodies, while your character will have another shape for nude/clothed, without having to rely on the half dozen mods and manual installations you'd need to go through to get pretty much the same result.
