mythicdawnmaster Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 (edited) The door suddenly swung open and Selene ran over and hugged Shadow, she said "Oh thank you!, you dont know what this means to me" Selene went inside and carefully put all of the artifacts in a large bag, she found her robes and jumped with excitement. She led them back out of the Vault and into her house, Selene led Shadow through a secret passage in the basement, they came to a huge vault door, it took 10 keys to open the door, all of which had to be turned in a specific way. The vault was full of billions of gold coins, and thousands of gems, enchanted items, and: Aylied artifacts, Selene said to Shadow "Take whatever you like as a reward, you deserve whatever you chose" She said happily. He turned backwards and summoned his high priest "You know what to do" He said handing him the notes. Once they were back at Selene's place, the vampire looked a her vault. She had a lot of valuable things. When she said he can take anything, he glanced at the Ayleid artifacts. "Junk, junk, junk." He thought to himself as he looked at each of them. Nothing really interested him there, so he took nothing.He then turned around and looked at Selene. He went to a library to take a look if she has anything interesting to read. He loved to read. As he walked around the place, the vampire glanced outside through a window. "Sun is going to rise soon." He thought to himself and frowned. "Well, back to my coffin it seems." He said to himself as he wrote a note to Selene. "Urgent matters forced me to leave.I'll meet you tonight and show the location of the shards you need. Shadow.P.S. Nice library." Once he finished the note. Shadow placed it on the table and teleported back to his lair. "I should stop teleporting around." He thought to himself as he sat down near his writing desk and poured himself a glass of blood. He noticed the letter addressed to him. He quickly read it and frowned.Shadow stormed out from his room and went to his apprentice. "What's the meaning of this!?" The woman wearing black robes fearfully looked at Shadow. "I... I don't know! A courier brought this letter to you." Shadow quickly read the letter again. "Why I wasn't informed about this!?" "May... maybe you..." "Maybe what!?" Shadow hissed at the woman. "You think I'm deaf and misheard The Night Mother!? Fix this! NOW!" "Y...yes. Dear Listener." The woman ran off with the letter somewhere and Shadow returned to his quarters. OOC: Yup. Shadow is The Listener of DB.
