Aardorn looked at her rush ahead, there was only half a league ahead and he couldn't understand why she would want to scout ahead, he turned back to his men and continued the conversation

Nawen walked quite fast, from time to time looking around cautiously and listening. They weren't that far away but anything could happen. She then suddenly spotted a dead wolf on the round. The animal was really old but he did not die from the old age. An arrow was sticking from its body. She carefully pulled the arrow out and looked at it. It was made by the elves and was dipped into some sort of poison. She knelt beside the wolf, silent and wasn't even moving. She listened in case another ambush awaits but so far she couldn't hear anything usual. Maybe they just shot the wolf and simply left?

Aardorn and the army caught up, they were on forced march now, Aardorn looked at the wolf, and he walked over "Nice shot" he commented "A single shot taking the wolf down. Did you do this?"

"No." She replied while looking at the wolf. "But an elf or someone who had elven arrows did this. The arrow was also poisoned." She said and showed the arrow to Aardorn.

He took it, he ran his finger along part of it and got a strange liquid of it, he sucked it off his finger, then he spat on the ground "The poisen is made from Imp galls and green stain cup cap. Nasty" he said "Possibly thalmor, the skill of the shot, near the heart, and the poison, evidence of an alchemy skill and the fact the arrow is of elven make points to that, but there are plenty of adventurers with alchemy skills and elven weaponry is renowned for it's good quality by adventurers, they like to get elven weapons because they are good and, now the thalmor have begun manufacturing, easy to obtain from area's under thalmor control"

Nawen listened to Aardorn. "Alright. It might mean nothing." She stood up. "But it's still better to be even more cautious now because we are getting clo..." She quickly looked away from Aardorn. An arrow flew straight at her. She caught it with her hand and looked at it. Another elven arrow.

"SHIELD WALL!" he shouted, and the men put their shields together to block more arrows, he ducked down to avoid any more, pulling Nawen down as well, he cursed and drew his sword

"Wha..." She said and looked at Aardorn when he pulled her down. "I'll try to shot some from the trees." She said, still looking at Aardorn. She grabbed her bow and started sneaking towards the trees.

Aardorn nodded, he looked for where the arrows were coming from, and shouted to some archers behind the wall to launch a volley into the area, he heard a scream but the arrows kept coming...

OOC: On again tommorow... I hope
