It belongs to the empire, the stormcloaks thought that it was their heritage or whatever, and we killed them. Whoever you are you have never ever owned Skyrim, no single person has. It belongs to the Empire, and is ruled over by Elisif the fair. If their is some part of land you have lost, then go and see her, i have other things to attend." I am the Empress of Tamriel, and i am here in my palace, you try anything in here and i have hundreds of lovely beast's waiting for their next meal. Now then, enough of that. Selene said, holding out her hands, showing her Daedric Claws. Selene looked at where the dagger was and said "This land?.... it belongs to Lord Aardorn i believe."
