So of course, the first mod is necessary. I have the second mod made, but when I talk to the merchant, there is no follow option. Panruru Posted July 18, 2016 Share Posted July 18, 2016 (edited) No idea why it isn't working for you, but I just made two followers who were merchants so at the very least I know followers can be merchants.
