Everything Gone Haywire After Unpacking Data Folder

Skyrim was running without problem in my first few day. Then mods came out. To mod my game, I had to unpack everything in my data folder.

 

After Unpacking:

-Sound FX completley gone(Only background music and voices can be heard)

-Texture for game map gone

The easiest thing to do would be to reinstall the game and then never unpack zips to your data folder again (modders sometimes mess up the tree structure.) Instead use NMM or unpack the mods in a separate file folder and manually transfer the files to their respective folders inside the data folder.
