ishmaeltheforsaken
You probs don't have the rights to redistribute protected music.

If you have explicit, documented authorization by the copyright holders to use their works in such a public fashion, you can share the mod, as long as you make clear the appropriate copyright notices. However, if you do not have said authorization, don't bother.

Szimitar
You could, however, make a mod that replaces the ingame soundtrack with a library that the user provides. This way everyone can pick his own prefered soundtrack, and the legal obligations lie by the user and not by you, thus making the mod legal. You could put your list of tracks somewhere and let each user decide how they 'acquire' this music.

nr14
If you write that you only make the mod for everyone to enjoy for free and that you make no money whatsoever off of it, then you can claim "fair use", this allows you to do it without any problem. For the nexus however it could be a problem since the mod would drawn users to the page, and thus give them money from ad revenue and removing "fair use" on their end, but I don't think that would be a problem since there are tons of mods with copy-written material. Shouting "fair use" enough can even make Sony back of.
