masternoxx
You've got windows 10, so its probably doing all kinds of stupid crap in the background. You've got a slow 5400 rpm laptop hard drive. You've got a weak cpu and the new intel mobile processors are designed to use less power at the cost of performance. But I think your video card is decent... for laptop... not sure tho So push ctrl-alt-del, and check your running programs/dll's and watch the cpu usage and memory usage for a few minutes. Identify any issues and disable them.Try playing oblivion and watch your hard drive light and listen for it while you play. Try going into bios and setting your laptop for performance mode and disable any power saving schemes.play for 10 minutes and then check your cpu and gpu temperatures with a program such as speedfan-------------------try running passmark performanceTesttry running heaven benchmarkkeep eye on temps, listen to fan speed etc. laptops overheat easily--------------------install latest graphics driverlower game resolutionadjust video details and see if that helpsuse windows xp or
