lylecrocodile110
Hi everyone- this might be kind of a stupid situation and I apologize for that. I installed Nexus and a few mods before I actually ran oblivion for the first time after installing it on Steam. The mods I've installed obviously don't show up in-game and when i open the nexus interface, they are all under "unassigned". This is probably an easy fix but I'm lost here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
bevilex
Hi, what mods have you installed ? What do you mean by nexus interface ? Nexus Mod Manager maybe ?If yes, I recommend you to use Wrye Bash to install your mods, because NMM doesn't work with all Oblivion mods.
Surilindur
And if you intend to use mods that replace assets (textures, meshes, UI mods), remember to change the dates of the base game BSA archives to something closer to 2006. The dates for the Steam BSA archives are too recent for some reason and prevent replacer mods from working. Edit: If I remember anything at all from OBMM, the option to date back BSAs was in the archive invalidation menu. Mod Organizer has it in the workarounds tab in the settings/preferences menu. And DO NOT use archive invalidation from OBMM if you use Wrye Bash - WB has it already. Right-click on the column headers in... I think it was the Installers tab, and you will see the option there. I have Natural Environments, Character Overhaul (this one works), Unique Landscapes and the oblivion/shivering isles patch The character overhaul i put directly in my Data folder, however the other mods are there too and not showing up. And yes i do mean the NMM interface

Surilindur
You mentioned using the NMM, and I have never even downloaded the thing. Sorry. :( I hope someone else (who knows how NMM works) can help you.
