Want to own everything? Play it on the easiest mode. Solved.

Seriously, you don't buy a game like Skyrim to "Beat the low level enemies". You will find bandits hard in the start, and easy in the end. You will also find dragons always a decent challenge unless you exploit or min/max.

But it isn't as bad as Oblivion where every bandit had daedric armor after a while.

yeah the level scaling is generally not so bad, although it does get a bit inconsistent.

In a bandit camp for example, the leader will scale, and for the most part will always be a thread. some random bandits will scale too, and they'll take more hits. but you'll still find plenty of normal bandits which will die in one hit at later levels.

i'm runnign around with a variety of 2-handed ebony weapons atm. most normal enemies drop in one power attack.

why do people complain about level scaling so much? its funny because Fallout new vegas came out and then everyone complained there wasnt enough level scaling. No pleasing some people.

Because if everything levels with you, then what's the point? There's no sense of achievement if you level your character to 50, yet still have to take the same amount of time to kill a bandit it took at level 1.

Never played FNV, so can't say how they did it there, but Skyrim's current system seems to work quite well, it's balanced between leveling and non-leveling baddies.
