Deleted4363562User
The AdvertPoster.nifs and Static Items confuse the hell out of me. It would seem that I could make one dds file with 6 posters on it and somehow have the static item in the CK swap between them, but I can't figure out how. Deleted4363562User
I never figured out what the 6 images on the dds file are actually for, but the posters just work via material swaps. Just learned how to do that. Nice video on it here. For what it's worth it's the first image on the upper left that the swap or nif will use. Again, not sure why Bethesda stuck six images on there. I'm probably missing something.
Ethreon
Because they can use unwrap to change between the images and create new items by using one sole texture.
StuykGaming
Here you go, take a look at the .nif in this resource poster I just made. http://www.stuyk.com/downloads/40x80_poster_resource.zip
RaffTheSweetling
I tried to make this into my own custom material + custom nif and it crashed my CK every time I went to view the poster I'd created. It worked in Nifskope and Photoshop, but the CK - no deal. Had to go with the single nif+single d.dds in the end.
