Levelling and Loot

Does anyone know at what levels various tier of armour and weapons begin to appear? I noticed from about level 8 I began to see Orcish and Dwarven from around level 12 with Elven appearing somewhere in between but apart from this I haven't really come across any improved armour and weapons since Dwarven (perhaps maybe one glass mace). I'm now level 23 and slowly becoming tempted to exploit smithing. Will I begin to see glass or ebony appearing soon?

Ebony & Glass appear somewhere 30+

Not sure if or when daedric appears. Level 50+? I'm level 45 and have only seen it in its playable form being worn by myself (Because I smithed it). Dragon is confirmed ONLY to be smithed. Daedric is the best stat-wise though, but dragon scale is the best light armor, and dragon plate is easier to make than Daedric

Sadly it seems Bethesda never learnt from the disasterous levelled lists they used in Oblivion, which made the game a complete farce equipment wise. Its not as noticable now, bandits are no longer found in full ebony (although wandering mercs are for some reason), but the levelling of rewards still make getting great equipment pointless as it becomes common in a few levels time.

If nothing dropped dadreic, you'd be forced to go smithing for every non-mage character. If you ask me, then I'd say that is worse than the scaling issue there is.

Heck, I feel I am forced to take both smithing and enchanting no matter what character. This is very annoying on my, say, stealthy archer. Why the heck do I need to get smithing to get a decent bow?

If anything, I'd like it to be some hardass quest where you could get a dadreic item or two, so us who don't want every character to have to farm up smithing and enchanting got an alternative.

Or they shoud've made some quest-related items as good, or better, than the best crafted items. I see no reason why not, and not forcing us to go into smithing.

P.S. No, I do not like the glass armor. Not at all.
