LuDux
So uh, the Nov 21 Patch: -certain FXAA injectors no longer work-Borderless Window's no longer work-LAA Patch no longer works-Game now requires Steam to run. Large Address Aware being broken means most computers can't handle high rez textures, never mind the rest of what got broke in this hamfisted attempt at shoehorning in some kind of weak post-launch DRM. So how are we gonna fix it?
ishmaeltheforsaken
It's already been fixed. Arkune
They patched DRM in after release? How nice of them... :verymad:
ishmaeltheforsaken
Yeah, they haven't actually fixed it, no. Yes, they have. But I've noticed from a few of your posts that you don't really know what you're talking about, so I can't claim surprise here.
Jackal2233
I play skyrim on steam and on offline mode anyways. But wait... does this new patch make it online only or something...?! *staying on offline mode to avoid patch that doesn't even fix anything* Edited November 21, 2011 by Jackal2233
ishmaeltheforsaken
I'm not sure about online-only, but it makes it so that you have to launch it through Steam. It won't launch with an edited .exe either, thus the LAA issue (which, yes, has been addressed at the link I provided).
