donlep
since im having trouble getting any mods at all workingi have started using the console to get some of the effects i wanted from mods, namely i dont like having to do efficient leveling or no leveling in order to play efficiently, so i give myself the points im short of 5 when i lvl up my warrior. the question i have is this, i believe some mods make it posible to get better versions of the lvl'd quest items as i raise in lvl myself, would i be able to do this with the console? im thinking about removing the item with the console and then adding it again, would this make the item apropriate to my current lvl, or would i get the same item i just deleted?would doing something like this cause stability issues? Fonger
so far i have 1 working mod out of the 20ish i have downloaded with NMMNMM currently won't handle any scripts in oblivion mod installs otherwise it installs oblivion mods quite nicely (providing that the mod actually has the directory tree structure inside it)
donlep
sweet that mod did work :) regarding NMM i dont know what oblivion mod installs isi just got the GOTY deluxe edition from skype about a week ago, the very first thing i downloaded for it was NMM, and all mods i have downloaded since then was by clicking the install with modmanager buttonbut i just cant get them to work, after downloading them to NMM, ill click on install and get an error message, this has happened for all but 2 mods, the one linked in this thread and one sound modwell a few of them will actually install but the game wont start with them activealso NMM keeps crashing on me when i start it up atm, ill usually have to start it up 4-5 times, before i can finally get to click the play game button, and it loads extremely slow :) Edited November 23, 2011 by donlep
