Wrye Bash problem on rebuild patch

Hello Im new, made a post here looking for help here because I've search for information about how fix this problem with no luck.

 

The problem is a unfully spanish translation.

 

 

 

The problem is the next, I have the GOTY version of oblivion(who has spanish as language) and try to enhance the game putting a better translation the problem is installed the mod weather-all natural and that mod need the bash patch, so I build the patch but before the wrye bash accepted to build the patch it was needed to uncheck the kot9 better translation because this error

Now the full armor of the crusader is not in spanish but in english and i guess is a problem of the bash patch because I experimented with the slof's horse and with the patch and the translation worked.

If the "Traduccion Mejorada KoTN.esp works ingame, just not when building the patch, you could just load it after the bashed patch.
