broughladen
Cant seem to get skyrim to run without stutters even on the lowest settings, it stutters worse when i am looking around (turning around) , but if i sit down on a chair and turn/look around there is no stutter, but as soon as i get up and turn/look around the stutter is back. My pc specs are, i5 2500k 4.5 ghzHD 5850 4 gig ddr3 Pc specs are ok and should run game without stutter.
PowderdToastMan
You say stutter. theres nothing you can do about stutter except slightly increase your sensitivity. It will cause the game to not try to process detail - blur free. The default sensitivity, for some reason, is right in the sweet spot of processing faces and detailed 3d renders without blur and so you will see a slight chop as those things come into you frame. To eliminate it, simply increase your sensitivity 15-20% Your setup should run 40-60 fps in all areas. I suggest insalling fraps to see what your actual fps is. Why does it do this when my fps are ok?
elderiii
Try disabling mouse acceleration in the SkyrimPrefs.ini - it should help allot, especially if you use a mouse with a high DPI.

Just an update, tried a few things to get rid of stutter/lag and finally found a solution to my problem. I used AntiFREEZE performance patch 8 ENBSeries and set fps limiter to 50 and now my game runs very very smooth.
