Weird shadow bug which is driving me insane...

So, while I'm building my vault the game shadows are flipping out, It switches back and forth between the normal shadows and a darker type of shadow. I don't have any lightning mod or any shadow mods, so what can be the cause of this?

Take a look at this post. When I was in the starting vault I had dark, then light... It might fix your issues.
