fomm won't let me delete stuff

i try to delete a mod from fomm and it says "somethoing bad has happen" lol and says that if i'm submit a bug report to put this with it

looks like chinese to me :P

 

but i do know that i been having the same problem with obmm for oblivion so this could be related?

That's odd. Have you tried checking your task manger if there is a process running that is connected to NV?
