amycus
Fun article I found:http://www.destructoid.com/explore-morrowind-and-cyrodiil-in-skyrim-216324.phtml?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Destructoid+%28Destructoid%29&utm_content=Google+Reader any idea to why they took the time to do all this, even doing the imperial city? Sorry if this has been posted before. Edited November 22, 2011 by amycus
vertex23
City wasn't actually there - just the very rough outline of the island (as shown in the bottom pic) the top one is another map. As for why? the same reason Oblivion allowed you to run all through the other Providences are well.
amycus
oops, my bad. Guess I should have checked it myself before posting, but didn't since I have trouble enough to stretch myself from the game while I have other work to be done... GoodfellowGoodspring
Some websites are saying it will lead to DLC where the old provinces would be available to explore, but seeing as its low rendered/textured/detailed they could have put it in to allow modders to create things perhaps?
