Enchant anything mod? Does it exist?

Hi folks.

 

I was wondering if there exists a mod that allows you to place any enchantment on any piece of non-unique armour?

 

For example, I'd like to enchant my Dragonbone armour with a Magicka regeneration % enchantment, but currently the option is greyed out for me.

 

Been searching the Nexus but can't find anything that quite matches what I'm looking for.
