Major bug in a Markarth quest

I had a pretty annoying glitch happen to me during the quest "The Forsworn Conspiracy" and I have not yet found a way to fix it.

Basically after you meet up with the guy in the temple who tasks you to find evidence from certain people and once you enter the treasure hold and witness the little incident there, I noticed my follower went missing. At this point I didn't care much and thought it was once again one of those quests where it won't let you have your follower around.

Anyway after you return to the temple I found my follower standing next to the corrupt guards in the same posture as the other guard. After busting out of the mine the follower is still stuck in the temple in the same position and doesn't move from there, even though she's still supposed to be following me around. I can still command her to move to a corner, and she'll help me in a fight inside the temple, but she'll just return to the same place with the same posture. Apparently her AI merged with one of the quest-related guards.

Now, killing her and resurrecting her doesn't work. Nothing else happens besides her inventory resetting. I've tried other console commands listed on these forums but so far nothing works. It kinda sucks to see the wife of my character just stand idle in some random temple.

And of course I don't have any back up saves -.- next time I do the quest I'll just leave any followers home

I tried it, and pretty much everything else too. You can't even sprint towards her to break her stance, she just stands there. I can still trade items and ask for the shop earnings, but she just won't follow me anymore.

Also, the same quest was broken in another matter too. The next time I went back to the temple after the mines, the same corrupted guards were there and gave me the same dialogue about going to the mines imprisoned. Although they just attack me even if I accept their terms.
