No-load time scale rest?

The problem is that at several points the game is reliant on those load screens, specifically when going up a level. Not to mention the game does manage to do alot of catch-up processing of scripts and packages when you're resting or waiting that wouldn't be done normally. Much like how real sleep is necessary for you to keep functioning, those brief pauses where the game manages to catch up on all the background stuff is needed to keep the game functioning. Additionally, there really isn't any good means to force 3rd person and still allow animations.

Along this line of thought, is there any mod that changes the real-time that the hours pass by in, because in Morrowind they fly by, whereas in Oblivion it takes forever. Is this possible, or does it interfere with the leveling up etc.?

I've heard of the chair mod too, sounds rather good, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it, sorry.

It's called Immersive Wait but I don't think it's up any longer. It might have been abandoned before it got past beta. If someone wants to try it out or improve on it I still have it. The readme doesn't specify any user restrictions or an author name for that matter and the thread link is dead. Features and bugs are fairly detailed though.
