BGatot Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 The problem with horses is that they can't back up or turn in place. A problem when you find yourself facing a steep cliff. I wonder why Bethesda made horses unable to move backward, the real one can move backward just fine! Plus the animation to mount/dismount is far too long. It's a chore to dismount to harvest a reagent or do battle. Good thing these horses are sturdy, for a wolf would get two, three attack before we can even dismount and draw up our sword! Dasri Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 I fast traveled on a horse to the mage guild once and it put me on that terribly narrow bridge, still mounted.
