Guns in Morrowind

Id be very intersted in seeing my character weild a blunderbuss or pirate lookin pistol, might be interesting to give some of em to npcs... Bethesada dose make that sea dogs 2 game, its got guns, mabey look in to borrowing some modles and skins from it and incorporate em in to morrowind....

now, a low quality, very early, posibly late renisance pistols have tendency to explode from time to time, and they arent very accurate, make them unenchantable, very expensive, and muntions dificult to afford and find, i dont think they are unbalanceing.

I don't think balance is really a problem. Obviously adding an AK-47 would destroy all balance, but something like the bolt action rifle in my signiature wouldn't be too overpowered. Especially if ammunition was hard to find or expensive.

 

But the problem is the attack animations. As I've stated elsewhere, I would make a mod like that, but I don't know how to redo the character animations, or even if it would be possible. If someone can answer this question, I'd be happy to do the mod.

Well if you made a gun but made it the same way as a crossbow that you'd have to reload after each shot but it should take much longer to reload and it would be much more powerful.The gun could also have alot of recoil so it would be very inaccurate at long range.

 

Maybe use Kubla Karmas idea on a dewnmer rifle? :huh:
