I had asked if we could post mod requests and got a positive answer, so here it goes. :) I would LOVE to have a mod that gives the player a "house" that is like Baladas' Velothi tower in Gnisis. I LOVE that place, and would really love to have a home for myself just like it. Maybe a bit smaller, and no enemies (of course) and with a room that's a library (tons of shelves, books, tables, candles, etc.) and a sumptuous bedroom like the one where we find Baladas, only with more "pretty" stuff like flowers, candles, comfy places to sit, and a desk with books and a candles and writing stuff. As far as location, I'd love to have this be near Ghostgate. I would also love to have a home like the very top room where we find Sorkvild the Raven. I love that circular "room" and would love to just have "that" as my "house", but with lots of pretty touches; a nice bed, candles, book shelf, a small desk w/ writing items, and maybe an item that can teleport the player to any of the main places in the game. As far as a locale for this one, I'd like to have it be near the daedric shrine that's near Fort Moonmoth.
