camjam89 Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 (edited) mipmaps reduce the chance a texture has at producing artifacts. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mipmap I use Ordenator, always resize, always rescale, and always create mipmaps whenever possible, have never had an issue. Sure you lose "some" texture resolution, but in the long run it's worth it for me, as i no longer have to deal with memory issues or CTD's.
