LE Accidentally hit a button and not my zoom speed is too fast

I accidentally hit my keyboard, don't know which button(s) were pressed, and now I zoom in and out way too fast and in increments instead of being smooth. I don't want to just go about hitting keys in the general area of were I hit the keyboard, so can someone just tell me what keys affect zoom speed?

I see no keys to control zoom speed in either the default game key map or in the Creation Kit key map. If you are talking about the game (hard to tell if you are since you posted in the CK section), you may wish to check out your installed mods to see if any of them have a designated hotkey to perform what you need.

I was talking about the Creation Kit, my apologies for not clarifying. Also, it seems like the problem fixed itself with a restart to CK. Still don't know what caused it, however.

That happens from time to time - you use the mouse wheel and your in or out so fast you can't blink. Occasionally moving to a different cell will fix it, failing that it's a restart of the CK (after saving of course).
