draedic
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Having an awesome time with Skyrim. Actually started over after making some really bad choices with my first character. With this new one I am trying to carefully think through these perks and would like to get some advice. I am a mage wearing light armor (eventually dragonscale) and I am proficient with a bow. I use the bow to open and then with a combination of runes and destruction, I finish them off. These are the perks I am considering: Archery (Currently 52) Have spend probably 4 points so far for the zoom and slow time. Smithing (Currently 51) Purely to eventually make my dragonscale light armor Enchanting (Currently 54) To enchant said armor Destruction: (Currently 52) Primary offensive weapon Guess I'm wondering how many perks to start selecting. I would really like to also go alteration or illusion and maybe pickpocket but I don't want to overextend myself and then later in the game when perks come few and far between, hate myself for not picking maybe just 3 lines to build up. So how many is realistic?

So how many is realistic? Minor spoiler The max level is 81 therefor you can get a total of 80 perk points. Just count them up and make sure you can get what you want.
