Age of "Nexus forum"

Minutes ago I saw a post from Dark0ne and noticed that he has been a member since july 15 2003. Noticing that I myself joined shortly after I wanted to see how many people joined between him and me. Browsing through the Members section of this forum I saw that Dark0ne is indeed the first person with a "join date", but there are hundreds which lack such dates.

My question is: Did those members join before Dark0ne, in an era where there was no such thing as "join date" and other such combersome things, or do those members simply lack "join date" for some other reason?

In extension, if those people joined prior to there being a "join date", when was the Nexus forum created?

And before it became the Nexus it was another pretty famous site (TesSource? Only sounds familiar from the url, not from the site I was registered at before, so I really don't know), and a lot of members (if not all) were invited to migrate over to the new site, the Nexus, when the other site was closed... or something along that line. My memory's not the best and this was long ago already. I was pretty passive in the modding scene before the migration to TES Nexus, so I'm far from knowledgeable when it comes to this past. Some of the many long-time members can certainly tell more about it. But I guess that's why they either have their old join date from the other site(s) or the date when their accounts were recreated at the Nexus. Why some have no join date at all, only Dark0ne or the staff can tell.

And as Lisnpuppy pointed out already, I'd surely be surprised, if there was any older member account than Dark0ne's, the site owner's. :whistling:

Ok, then maybe all those people withouth join dates could be people that migrated, and instead of gitting their join date maybe there was some sort of glitch that resulted in them having no date? I'll try to pester some of the active oldtimers, and possible one of those that lack join date, with pms and see if I can get the full story :)

Thanks for the answers so far, it was faster than what I expected given the nature of the question. If anyone has extra information, be sure to post it. Thanks.

Dark0ne was the first because he MADE the site!

Yeah, I know that, that is why a reacted to only being like a week later than him :) Didn't point out that I knew it since the question was mainly about the creation of the forum.
