thelawfull
While not in sneak mode does sneak mode benefit whether the person will hear you or not like in fallout 3?. Like if you walked behind an enemy who hasnt seen you.
Oblivionaddicted
Yes but getting detected depends on more settings than invisibility or your degree of chameleon and you are always more likely to be detected than if you're crouching.
thelawfull
so even with just 100 sneak you walk around they corner behind someone and are usually spotted?.
Oblivionaddicted
You can always because it depends on many settings.
cajofor
If I'm not mistaken, it also depends on the intensity of light on you, and maybe when standing running or walking still makes a difference even after Expert at sneak. But I don't see any reason to not sneak when you want to go up to the enemy undetected, since you get the sneak attack bonus. Though it would be nice to be able to chain attacks while sneaking like you can while standing.

thelawfull
Idles and walking around I used the bow animations for a "focused with fist clenched" effect which came out quite nicely. I felt that the vanilla sneaking was a bit obvious for something around the city and wanted a more assassins creed feel to sneaking.
