threefoldmind Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 So I have recently become hyper annoyed with the "Nerd Rage" perk and its place at Intelligence 10. I was hoping someone would have an idea for a thematically more appropriate Perk for Intelligence 10. I was thinking like working on legendary weapons, experimenting on NPCs, or something that just made intelligence 10 feel more intelligence-y.
