Load order question

i am trying to follow the fwe load order template. the problem is it say esm from followers mod should go before X while esm from non followers mod go after.i am curious mods that dont add only a companion but adds a bit more things (scripts ,perks) like RobCo Certified v2 mod should go to the follower category or not

both BOSS and wrye bash (sometimes called Gary Bash in FO3) both found in the nexus

 

then update the boss master file

 

and run BOSS from within wrye bash - pay attention to its recommendations and warnings

 

then uncheck anything with a red or orange mark.
