New Creatures

If you´re talking about suicide as being BS, then I´d say it´s a Dead Serious topic (pun intended), we are having discussions about it in the Debates forum although the official suicide threads were closed, because suicide is illegal in the US and UK, poor souls don´t even have the right to end their own lives if they feel like it, the Finnish justice system is far more advanced, suicide is not a crime here.

But, as for new creatures, I´ve been considering porting Oblivion creatures to FNV, it should be pretty easy, and since you would require the original oblivion archive files for the mod to work, it should only boost sales, so Bethesda should have nothing against it, as long as we don´t distribute any copyrighted files. SO I think I could make a plugin file integrating the creature and object meshes and textures from Oblivion to FNV, all you need to do is copy the Oblivion archive files to FNV /data directory and then create the items in the GECK. So the mod would only include the plugin file, not the meshes and textures, which you would need from your own copy of Oblivion. The same can be done to Skyrim creatures and objects.

It's definitely worthwhile for you to learn more about the tools and do these experiments. However, it is also known that porting from Oblivion to FNV is not easy, because the internals of the graphic models ("skeletons") are different. That is why none of the talented graphics artists on this forum have not already done it.

Oh, dammit! I would love to have horses and wild boars and other creatures from Oblivion roaming around my wasteland. So why exactly are these Oblivion models and their skeletons incompatible with FNV?

Oh Yes, and I learned that suicide is NOT a crime in the UK, not since 1961, when the Suicide Act was passed.
