elderiii Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 There are usually 3 guards - if you kill all 3 you will not get a bounty. Alternately, you can free the prisoner prior to attacking the guards, which will cause the guards to attack you and you can then avoid the murder bounty since they attacked first.
