ENB Problem

I have this graphical problem that occurs to me with any ENB preset, i've tried a few and they all have the same problem.

I don't actually know what it's called but i'll leave a screenshot here: http://image.prntscr.com/image/20911a8af5b940898e10677f69c282ab.jpg

As you can see there are these weird pixels around my character and in the enviroment, it constantly makes my game look terrible.

I tried disabling all the ENB effects, Switching and turning off Antialiasing and i even tried completely re-installing my enb and it's still there. Please help

I think the pixelation your experiencing is caused by having Godrays in your graphics settings for FO4 set to low or medium. If you set them to ultra, the pixelation will disappear.

If that would tax your system, you could always try this out http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15211/?

I've not used it myself as I don't need to, but thought I'd make you aware of it all the same. Hope this helps you fix your problem.
