People can make a compilation if they want to. However they need to get permissions for every mod used in it before they can release it here and generally it needs to be flawless on any system right out of the box. People take one look at the amount of effort it would take to create one and suddenly it's not something they want nearly as much.

Usually people that ask for compilations just don't realize the complications they would be getting into.

First any compilation of more than a few mods is going to be HUGE, and take a very long time to download.

Then any one problem with any one mod in the compilation will cause the entire thing to crash with no way for the user to fix.

Any update to the game by either Steam or Beth that affects just one mod will cause the compilation to crash the game.

You will not be able to update any mod in the compilation if a bugfix or update is uploaded - you will just have to wait a week or so to see if the person who made the compilation is interested in fixing it for you.

Many mod authors will not give permission for their mod to be used as that robs them of any real credit . Just saying in a description that you give credit is NOT actually giving any credit. The actual author sees no benefit from this, gets no credit for uploads of his REAL mod, and gets No endorsements when the clueless user endorses the compilation instead of his mod. If just one of the many authors does not give permission, then that compilation is considered mod theft and the compiler will be banned. - Mod theft is uploading a mod made by someone else without their express permission, and is a serious breach of mod etiquette as well as Nexus rules.

Now, what if there is a mod in the compilation you don't want? SOL, you are stuck with it. And if there is some other mod you want that conflicts with just one mod in that compilation. again tough luck. It won't work. Many mods have options that are turned on or off on installation. Those options will not be available in a pre made-compilation. You are locked into whatever the compilation used.

Then eventually the person compiling the mods will get fed up with constant updates and constant demands for adding or removing certain mods he will stop updating. Leaving the users of the compilation with a locked set of mods that cannot be changed without uninstalling the compilation and starting over downloading and installing each mod.

Instead of a compilation, I recommend giving a list of mods - with links to each mod as well as the load order that works for you. The NMM developers are actually looking into a function that would allow inputting a list like that into NMM (copy/paste) to be downloaded and installed - But that may not show up for quite a while - or never depending on the complexity of actually implementing it.
