Myrphak
Oh and the instructions for FOMM weren't helpful at all. I think I screwed that up and this is dependent on it.Have you tick the skyrim file at the start windows of FNVedit ? Anf before that have you load the good file in TESsnip ? nguyenlong311
Anyone know the ID of the firepit that comes in the original Solitude basement? FNVEdit failed me and so did searching FirePit in STAT Cake, I just used ~tfc to fly below the floor, click on the Firepit that you wanted. And the FormID is 0005753E, It's the same firepit in the Blacksmith and Fletcher house they just sink it underground to Setpos z -335you can use getpos z , getpos x, getpos y and move it up or down using setpos x, setpos y or setpos z Just a reminder, if you already know. It's for the next guy. Again, FNVEdit is a Pain in the ass, took me 3 hours trying to make it work but I spent 7 days on TESsnip and FoMM trying to find base ID for items and have very little progress compare to 1 hour of FNVEdit = 50 hours of FoMM and TESsnip. So it's worth it if you just want to remodel your house and need specific formID, FNVEdit is your bestfriend. ark778
I was wondering if it was possible to create houses or house walls on the world map? I basically want a to create a house from scratch from a location easily accessible by fast travel(like on top of that campfire near riverwood) and does not require a loading screen. So far I can manage to create tents as well as basic structures like nonrespawning chests as well as utils like enchanting and alchemy table. GoatfaceE3
Its not a weapon rack my friend. Its a marble table sunk into the wall with STATIC items placed on it. A bit labour intensive but worth it. Get the STAT FormID's from the link on the first post

FNVEdit failed me and so did searching FirePit in STATThe thing on the ceiling should be D6D0E SFirePlaceStack01 I browsed my screenshots, and 5753E SLGDArchFire02is too small to be the pit, but I think the pit should start with "SFire....". ark778
I deleted most of the rocks and plant life near the entrance of riverwood and then added 6 treasure chests, a table with an alchemy and and enchanter stand, and every blacksmithing utility. It was a pain to align everything but so far its coming along great. I haven messed with walls yet as it seems like it will be very time consuming. I was wondering if it was possible to somehow save this entire area for my next play through or perhaps even "save" it and "use" it even when im on the road-traveling the world map. My ultimate goal would be to create an entire house that could be compressed and generated (sort of like a pocket house) on the whim with stuff like functional mannequins and weapon racks. Snapless
So I'm still working on my Solitude house, because I'm a little OCD and want it to be 'just right'. :P But in the meantime, I thought I'd share what I did to my quarters at the Winterhold College. :) http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a289/snapless/skyrim/2011-12-14_00002.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a289/snapless/skyrim/2011-12-14_00003.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a289/snapless/skyrim/2011-12-14_00004.jpg
