[LE] Renovate your House with console

Shawkab

Yes it was directed at you, you asked how to convert the given number, i gave you a solution to find out what the number was, i though that it would be a logicall conclussion since converting the strange number would be to find the form id, which is exactly what i did.

But if that was not your intention, i may have misinterpreted your question, if so im sorry. But maybe you could elabortate abit so it is easier to help out :)

What I said was I was looking at the Fus Ro Mod website, and some of the IDs he has listed were converted from their original format. I was asking how to convert them back so I could view the item. I'm assuming Shawkab will need to reply to help me out.

Anyone have double arch for solitude house, the arch in the big room. Please let me have form ID thanks a bunch.

I'm slowly going through the list of Solitude building (not furniture) IDs I got from Fus Ro Mod and making screenshots. This includes external and internal building items. You can see them here. I'm only about a third of the way through the list I have, so keep checking back if you don't see what you are looking for. I was doing it more for myself so I could find exactly the piece I was looking for easily, but decided to upload and share them with others. Hope they help.

thanks , been searching for the double arch for 6 hours,,

the small arch is SMDBArch , the search engine of TESnip sucks =), still can't find double arch yet.

Which double arch are you looking for? Idk what you mean by "double arch". Post a pic. I might be able to help. Ive written down a lot of Solitude IDs

I dont know how to capture the pic, my Prt Scr doesn't take picture. You know the 4 arch combined made up the ceiling in the enchanting room downstair of Solitude. I need those Arch, it's not double arch, I know it's 4 arches combined b/c they have 4 ref id. I'm still searching and it's 14 hours no Arch.

AT hour 15th I found it, I use 6e95d Arch in 4 different angles, 0, 90, 180, and 270. for the gap, I use 6e95b, and the middle part 6e95c.

My next goal would be weapon rack, bookshelf and Mannequin,

I made screenshots of all Proudspire items named with formIDs from Smda to Smde and some Smdf.

You can download them on Skyrimnexus http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3245

I made screenshots of the "Solitude Large" stuff to (Castle, College & Co.), Fireplaces and random deco items, but didn't convert and sort them yet. Will upload them soon

Thank you, it helps cutting down search time.

Hi there and thanks to everyone who has contributed to this forum. It has greatly assisted me in making my in-game dwelling functional and tolerable. Fusromod.com is fantasic.

Still there's plenty of stuff I'd like to find out how to do. . .

1) Anyone know of a way yet to find the console code for an in game object so that it can be copied?

2) Is there a way to rename containers? For example I'd like one of my strong boxes to be titled "Soul Gems."

3) Is there a code for desk (bureau, credenza, etc)? I've put a large table in the basement of proudspire, but it's a bit large and I can't stand the bench. I'd love to have something like the desk in the thieves guild that Mercer stands behind.

4) What's the code to resize objects? I'd love to be able to fit more chests in my mansion. Plus I really want a cool little chest to store gold in.

Nevermind, just discovered this by playing with the console. I just made Mercer's desk nearly fill the room!

Hey Everyone,

As promised I've uploaded a save game file with a newly modified Proudspire Manor. Someone had asked for one a while back and I felt bad

only being able to offer one with a lot of the quests done. The file can be found here: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3439

This save game file has a modified Proudspire Manor house.

The character is a Level 1 Nod Male. You can use the console commands to change sex/race.

The only quests done are the two required to purchase the Proudspire house.

Proudspire house modifications:

Added a bedroom on the main floor for the housecarl if you decide to do the thane quests.

The bedroom contains:

1 chest

1 wardrobe

1 bed

1 fireplace

1 bearskin rug

chair and a desk.

Added a pantry next to the cooking pot.

The pantry contains:

3 barrels

3 large sacks

1 cupboard

1 open crate

Added a 2 level Library/Trophey room:

The Library/Trophey room contains:

82 display cases

1 safe

2 wardrobes

fireplace

1 bearskin rug

15 bookcases (these are working bookcases which act like chests instead of the display bookcases)

1 stairway connecting the opened floor library with the trophey room

Added a new basement/cave (Appears to be dug out of the rock Solitude is built on)

The Basement/Cave contains:

1 chest

1 Alchemy Lab

1 Enchanters Table

1 Smelter

1 Forge

1 Workbench

1 Grindstone

1 Tanning Rack

1 Satchel (located on the Alchemy Lab)

Archery range with three targets are various range

1 Nocturnal Statue

1 Dragon Statue

Notes:

The wooden circles around the Trophey room and Cave are place holders for mannequins once we figure out how to get them to work properly.

The house is sparsely decorated, I'm leaving you to that.

To install: Download and install in your save file. If you are not running the same mods I am, you will initially get a message about certain

textures not being able to load and asking if you'd like to continue. Just click yes. That message will only come up once.

Photos of the house can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198052665790/screenshots/

Shawkab, some people were asking if I could convert this house to an ESP file but I don't know how. They then directed me to your mod and suggested you might know how. Can you help me out? I'd like people to be able to use this as they'd like, either from a new game or with one they've been playing for a while.

Hi all,

First of all, thank you very much for this awesome post !

I've quite the same question as POMPF2K, especially this one :

Hi there and thanks to everyone who has contributed to this forum. It has greatly assisted me in making my in-game dwelling functional and tolerable. Fusromod.com is fantasic.

Still there's plenty of stuff I'd like to find out how to do. . .

1) Anyone know of a way yet to find the console code for an in game object so that it can be copied?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Sk8on replies saying that If I use the fnvedit function, I could obtain from that local number :

http://data.imagup.com/11/1138371152.jpg

its equivalent generic IDs ?

Open up FNVedit and search, but do not use the number, use the full name, fnvedit finds it if abit slow.

the one you used as an example is "63e40".

I use fnvedit everytime i have a hard time finding what i want, you have better luck just cliking on objects that you want ingame for the referance id and then use fnvedit to get the formid.

If yes, I guess it's a mod to install (from this link : http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/475361-tutorial-adding-objects-in-cells-for-skyrim/page__st__30), am I right ?
