Adding things through a script

Could somebody help me with writing a script that would add animations to the HumanRaceSubDataGraph? With the release of Grab the Damn Mag I want to include it in my mod but with a custom keyword. The problem is that if I have 2 mods that are both editing the HumanRaceSubDataGraph then the weapon loaded first won't work as its HRSDG is being overwritten.

 

What I need it to do is to include a new entry in the HRSDG that will add this

If this is even possible it would be much help if someone could either write the script or even just assist me in writing it. I already know about script properties but not much about the actual code.
