Requiem Issue: "SkyProc - RequiemForTheIndifferent.esp"

So I've been looking through all the media on this subject, but I am unable to find any solution ... reason being:

1) The Requiem Wiki site mentions that installation should happen first, which I have done through NMM (1.9.4.1 (with Hotfix) to be specific). After that, it mentions that the "Reqtificator" should be run, within the SkyProc Patchers folder, however, no such file exists, only the .ini for it.

2) The error I get in-game also mentions a RequiemForTheIndifferent.esp file, that should exist in my Skyrim/Data folder, but does not. Upon further reading, it states that the "Reqtificator" program, that should have been run in my first point, should automatically generate this file, but because the program does not exist, I cannot run it, nor can I find this file anywhere for me to alter/use.

 

So given these two points, I have tried just about everything to solve this issue but with zero success. I have tried uninstalling 1.9.4 (and .1) and then downloading and installing versions 1.7.4, and then 1.8, 1.8.1, and 1.8.2, just to see if this "Reqtificator" program was in one of those, which it was not in any of them. So after a week of re-downloading, sorting, cleaning, and practically re-creating my Skyrim game (I haven't played Skyrim in a couple of years ...), I was finally able to start a fresh new game (deleted all of my old ones, being as they will probably no longer work with the freshly downloaded versions of the mods). So after creating my brand new, freshly made character, I was met with this Requiem error message, of which I cannot solve. I have spent 2 more days now, trying to figure this out and get it fixed, to no avail, and now I am at wit's end. Normally I can solve these pesky issues on my own but, this one has me utterly perplexed and only because of this "Reqtificator" program that is supposed to generate a vital, needed file (RequiemForTheIndifferent.esp) but can be found literally nowhere.

 

So here I am, reaching out to the Skyrim public, seeking their assistance as to what to do. Does anyone have any knowledge or have any insight that can help me figure this one out?

I am a former requiem user. You should follow the installation instructions they provide.

 

The requiem for the indifferent esp is created AFTER you run the reqtificator.

The SkyProc Patchers folder is automatically created when you install requiem. Its located in the data folder. Inside that folder is a .jar file that you need java to run.
