Need script access for Settler Improvement

I want to train my settlers. You can do this in Fallout Shelter.

There is now a weightlifting bench, pommel horse, excercise bike... it's like... what? Why not go all the way?

Well, I want to. I'd like to train the settlers, kit them out, organize them into small groups, and sent them to deal with attacks instead of going there myself. Not talking about faction overhauls, just the simple ability to raise SPECIAL stats and organize them into groups which can be moved around.

There is an AI package for shooting range, it is used at the Boston AIrport by BoS guys. Perception training...?

Better AI. This is atrocious. The settlers in Vault 88 behave like broken androids, loitering on roofs, wandering away from their posts, refusing to work... unacceptable, time to crack the whip! Any directive the player gives to the settler, should have immediate priority. If I tell a guy to move to a position, he should run to that position. I am tired of waiting for them to walk sluggishly.

I am a software engineer by profession, it is very much within my means to approach this. The problem is, I cannot edit the scripts and script fragments. Only a select few parameters.

How do I import the source for scripts into the CK? I really want to. It's like they are closed-source or something, I don't want a workflow that involves decompiling each script and editing it outside of CK. In previous Bethesda games they were all there to be changed as I liked. What is different now, and how do I change it?
