There are some seriously awesome screenshots I'd like to take but the crosshairs and compass kind of ruin it, so is there a way to turn them off that I haven't found yet?

First, open the command-console. This is usually done by pressing the button to the left of the "1"-button. In my case, it's §. This will pause the game, and you'll see a grey box at the bottom half of your screen.

Simply type "tm" and press enter. It means "Toggle menus", and it'll remove all menus and user interface thingies. Press the console-key again to exit the console, and take the picture. Then, simply press the console-key again, type tm back in and press enter again. This will toggle the menus back on.

However, I think that using console-commands make you unable to earn achivements for the rest of the session, so use it with care.

You can turn them of with the command "tm" ,without the ". To bring them back type in "tm" again. But be aware, this turns off the whole UI. No menus are visible, not even the pause screen.

EDIT: Ninjas...they're everywhere. :ninja:

Not getting achievements is fine :P Thanks a bunch, I figured you could use the command console to do it, I just wasn't sure how :P

No worries, hope you'll get some nice snaps! Oh, and I haven't tried it myself in Skyrim, but I believe it's still there. The tfc (Toggle Free Camera)-command that lets you move around the camera as you wish. Use this command while in third person-view, however. Back in Oblivion, using it in first-person gave you a lovely view of your character's disembodied arms floating about.

*Heads off to massacre fruit. Haaai!*
