xghostchant Posted August 22, 2016 Author Posted August 22, 2016 Yeah, it doesn't look as though it even realises blockhead.dll is there; Reveal hidden contents OBSE: initialize (version = 21.4 010201A0)oblivion root = C:\Games\Oblivion\config path = C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\obse.iniplugin directory = C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\checking plugin C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\obse_jail_fix.dllplugin C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\obse_jail_fix.dll (00000002 jail fix 00000001) loaded correctlychecking plugin C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\obse_training_fix.dllplugin C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\obse_training_fix.dll (00000002 obse_training_fix 00000001) loaded correctly
xghostchant Posted August 22, 2016 Author Posted August 22, 2016 Hahah oh man I'm a twit. Wrong directory this whole time. WELL THEN. On another note, I think OBSE is causing crash to desktop, lol. ON TO INVESTIGATING THAT.
Surilindur Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 (edited) Great to hear it was solved. Sort of. OBSE should not cause a crash to desktop by itself, you probably have an OBSE plugin, a conflict between two OBSE plugins (probably not if you only have those few plugins) or something else OBSE-dependent that does it. Good luck with your new investigations. Edited August 22, 2016 by Contrathetix
xghostchant Posted August 22, 2016 Author Posted August 22, 2016 Well that all seems to be sorted now - I think the CTDs were a load order issue; it would randomly/intermittently CTD earlier, and always CTD on exit, now neither appear to be happening. Woo!
BigB3 Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 So I tried installing Blockhead through OBMM and I got an error saying that blockhead.dll isn't designed to run on windows. So I decided to extract it manually and copy to my data folder and it worked I no longer got the error. Hopefully this helps.
