Evilslay3r5
Does anyone else think that his death was one of the most poorly written events in the entire game? Pretty much the situation was this: 1. Skjor and Aela find a Silver Hand stronghold. 2. Skjor decides to scout ahead while Aela hangs back and watches after the player. 3. Skjor charges past all of the enemies and they just let him through without giving chase.4. Skjor, the legendary Companion who faced down 40, or was it 100, Orc beserkers, is struck down by a few glorified bandits. He didn't even turn Werewolf (had he turned he would have been in Werewolf form when found) Honestly? What the hell is this s***? Evilslay3r5
the whole Companions questline is rather weak in general : / I actually find all of the side faction questlines to be rather weak and the main quests to be damn good. Ironic considering it was the other way around in Oblivion. Edited November 28, 2011 by Evilslay3r5
AndrewWaltfeld
I liked the companions quest line except that singular part too. They could have at least have a room full of like 12 dead bodies or something where you can basically put together that's where he died. That would have been a nice touch. I agree with the OP on this one, it looks fake. Why would a experienced soldier, who also had a powerfull gift/power venture all by himself when his companions where there? Jeez, I almost feel sorry for him.
Roxian
In my game he's somehow come back to life...I found him sitting in the Companions Hall eating dinner, it was weird In my game his naked body was dumped in his room in Jorvaskrr. I was just looking around in each room when I found him like this. Half on a chair, weird position. It just creeped me out, beyond words. Did the Silver Hand just dumped him when they decide to attack the place or what?

They tell you, specificly, that sometimes the Wolf Blood makes you... ugh... jump the gun. In fact, Aela says he should have known better, but the 'Wolf' got the better of his senses. For a moment his Werewolf instincts took over, and it got him killed. I viewed it as a lesson on the vulnerabilites the come with being a Werewolf. That said, i do agree that the side quests are somewhat lacking this time around. But then again, i feel Guilds have started to fall appart since Morrowind... Yeah explains it, but for the record, wolfs in real life are waaay smarter that that. :turned: atcualy i find the lore of skyrim or other elders scrolls games lacking when it comes to wolfs, aminly becouse they go in packs and not alone, and secondly they dont atack humans. Bears on the other hand they are well made. Edited November 29, 2011 by knightofheaven

That still doesn't make him a moron with the fighting capabilities of the Adoring Fan. Badly written/rushed, period.
