LE Obtain the Dawnguard Artifacts as a Vampire and Pursue the Vampire Artifacts as the Dawnguard

I always thought it'd be cool for either of the two factions to obtain the opposing factions artifacts. The vampires could obtain the Dawnguard artifacts to further add humiliation to the the remaining members and the Dawnguard could hunt down the Vampire artifacts to safeguard them against their main foe. I thought that could be a lore friendly way to do it.

I was thinking you find a journal on uh... the guy who hears Arkay? I can't remember his name. Prefer to side with the vampires personally. Basically it explains how Serine and the Nord rescued him and complaining after a few days that Isran won't listen about how Arkay told him where to find the artifacts. Saying he's insane, doesn't have time for this, etc. As for the vampire artifacts It will be the vampire who gives you the quests in the first place you loot his body to find a journal tells how he's found where they are and debating about giving the rings to Harkon or to present them to Vingalmo and Or-something (can't remember his name either) and watch the fighting intensify for his own amusement.
